Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of survipath.com and the Survipath demo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is for healthcare professionals and staff of medical practices and hospitals, evaluating it on behalf of their organization. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.

2. Demo use only, no real patient data

The demo is for evaluation. You agree not to enter protected health information or any real patient data. Use only fictional information. If real data is entered by mistake, delete it and tell us.

3. Not medical advice

Survipath drafts documents with artificial intelligence. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. They are not medical advice and do not replace clinical judgment. A licensed clinician must review and approve any content before it is used in patient care. You are responsible for clinical decisions.

4. Your account

Keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or violate anyone’s rights;
• try to access other organizations’ data or bypass security;
• overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
• upload malicious code or misuse the AI features.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

7. Our property

The Service, its design, and its software belong to Survipath. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.

8. Feedback

If you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Availability and changes

The demo may change, pause, or end at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the Service at risk.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SURVIPATH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Survipath harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
